Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, certain products such as opened menstrual items, intimate care products, or used wellness items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Intimate hygiene products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method
  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • All refunds are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Policy

Some products may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Natural events or international shipping delays

However, we will always do our best to help track and resolve delivery issues.
